получила посылку в срок. на таможне затормозилась посылка. пока не пробовала и про эффект пока сказать не могу. банки не полные. у рейши по заполнению таблетками на одну треть банки, на этикетке написано 18гр (60таб). у Кордицепса на две трети - на этикетке 36гр (0таб). давно хотела попробовать.

Спасибо продавцу, ганодерма по 2 капсулы 2 раза в день, кардицепс по 3 капсулы 3 раза в день. (по инструкции); но, это инструкция для азиатов, я думаю для европейцев другая доза. Это я так думаю, Кто его знает что там, и к чему.
